Individual Therapy
Meeting with a therapist individually can provide you space to explore life areas that might be creating challenges, where you seek additional support.  I work with you to identify where these challenges lie - whether that be a thought, feeling, life transition, or certain relationships - using a collaborative, solution-focused approach.
