(Fully Telehealth)

(She/Her/Hers)

Are you feeling stuck in the past, overwhelmed by the future, or simply needing a space to process what you’re going through right now? Many of the problems we face stem from relationship issues- with ourselves, family members, partners, friends, housemates, coworkers, or others in our lives. Therapy can be a place where you pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what feels heavy or confusing.

I take a holistic and integrative approach to therapy, recognizing that our mind, body, emotions, spirituality, relationships, and environment are all interconnected. When one area of our lives feels out of balance, it can impact the others. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, gain clarity, and begin moving toward meaningful and sustainable change.

I work with individuals (13 & up), couples, families, and housemates who may be navigating concerns such as anxiety, boundaries, communication challenges, depression, grief and loss, identity exploration, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, stress, trauma, and internal conflict.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Christian Theological Seminary in Indianapolis, Indiana. I approach my work with cultural humility and am an open and affirming therapist. It would be a privilege for me to collaborate with you to process and guide you on your healing journey if you earnestly desire growth, healing, and/or change.

I look forward to meeting you!
